Terms and Conditions for all users of our App on the iPhone App Store and Android Play Store.
1. The users of the app are referred to hereunder as ‘students’. Students can browse the free tests without having to register. However to see the results of a test or Exam we will need an unique id and the app uses the students email for this purpose. So it is required for all students to fill in a registration form and provide an email address.
2. The email provided during registration is not used for marketing purposes or shared with any third party.
3. The students cannot access ‘locked content’ in the app. Locked content requires a valid ‘subscription’.
4. Subscription requires a valid purchase from the Official App Store. If the student has an iPhone, or iPad this will have to be via the Official Apple store. If the student is using an android device (for example: Samsung phone or tablet) then the subscription will have to be via the Official Google Play store.
5. The subscription cost for UK students is £2.49 payable weekly.
6. Subscription will renew automatically unless it is cancelled 24 hours before auto renewal.
7. Subscription can be cancelled anytime via the respective official App Store. Cancellation of subscription is easy and is hassle free.
8. After cancellation a subscription a student can re-subscribe later. This will again have to be via the official App Store.
9. Students from Kent who get 80% or above in our tests and fail to clear the 11+ Exam (held in England for children of ages 11 to 12) will get a full refund of the App subscription less Apple commission and VAT. This offer is valid only for students in Kent because that is where our Tuition Centre Head quarters is based.
10. All data is stored in compliance with GDPR. Data of all students is stored within the UK. Data is hosted in our cloud provider Azure. Azure is a cloud owned by Microsoft. So students can rest assured that their data is held securely and safely. We do not hold any PII data like addresses or phone numbers in our App Database.
